Company History
Kevin Barry, Managing Director and Founder of Green Circle, comes from a family with a long‑standing presence in the wholesale, retail, and grocery sectors across Ireland and the United Kingdom. He established Green Circle in 2002, quickly building a strong reputation for supplying high‑quality branded and non‑branded products, underpinned by exceptional customer service.
Over the past 23 years, Green Circle has continued to grow from strength to strength. The company now employs 36 full‑time staff, with teams based in both Ireland and the UK. Today, Green Circle works with customers and suppliers not only across Ireland and the UK, but also throughout mainland Europe, the United States, and Australia. As the business has evolved, so too has its product range, with adaptability to emerging market trends remaining one of the company’s key strengths.Expanding our product range and enhancing our offering to customers is always a top priority. Kevin and the trading team regularly attend leading industry trade shows including NEC in Birmingham, ISM and IAW in Cologne, Gulfood in Dubai, and SIAL in Paris—valuable opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships, connect with customers, and build new relationships.

This includes transitioning to more environmentally friendly products within our offices, working closely with our warehouse partners to reduce our carbon footprint, and regularly reviewing and improving our processes.
